UX DESIGN
STEP 01. BRAINSTORMING & WHITEBOARDS Lets talk. Lets draw. Lets add a ton of sticky notes. Then erase, re-draw and talk more until we get our objective realized. Whiteboard sessions are usually one of the first steps in getting ideas, issues, and expectations out in the open. It can also be pretty darn fun.
STEP 02. HIGH LEVEL FLOWCHARTS High level flows allow us to create a simple yet important map of the users journey / experience. This will allow us to: • Define the process boundaries with starting and ending points. • Complete the big picture before filling in the details. • Clearly define each step in the process. Be accurate and honest. • Identify time lags and non-value-adding steps. • Circulate the flowchart to other people involved in the process to get their comments.
STEP 03. WIREFRAMES & PROTOTYPING Using industry standard tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure, and Adobe CC, we took our learnings from the whiteboard sessions, stakeholders meetings and high level site flow maps and began creating wireframes. In conjunction we were able to include critical nav components, and map out a "Happy Path", thus allowing the team to rapidly create prototypes.

STEP 04. DOCUMENTATION Documents such as business requirements, user flows, competitor analysis, user testing, user stories, etc., allowed us to pool information into categorized documentation that enabled us to create a realistic picture of the products time-line and integrate it into our Agile Process.
UI DESIGN

UI Design produces a product’s: Skin - a product’s visual/graphic presentation Senses - a product’s reactivity and interactivity in response to a user’s input or different display environments Makeup - a product’s guides, hints, and directives that visually leads users through their experience

ONLINE LOAN APPLICATION REGISTRATION
MOBILE WEB APP Setting up the UX to allow the user the option to quickly register enabled them to take the first step in getting their accounts setup. Consequently, it allowed them to continue their journey on a tablet or desktop at a time that was most convenient for them. It was essential to create a great UI which would emphasis the friendly feeling we wanted to convey from this point and throughout their experience.
ONLINE LOAN APPLICATION DESKTOP DASHBOARD
SYNOPSIS I came aboard at PrimeLending to bring clarity and life to the “10-03 form” and resurrect it from the dinosaur it was into the digital fold by creating an online application form that was above all concise and friendly. Having experienced what it was like to go through the process years ago, I welcomed the opportunity to make this a much better experience, especially for first time home buyers. With stacks of documents and questions that deal with private information, the process can be very stressful. Along with ease of use, I believed that it was vital that the user be constantly reminded visually about the great things that come along with home ownership.
